In an inspection conducted by the Japan Fisheries Resource Conservation Association on 2 May 2007, all of our ponds have tested negative on KHV / SVC. We are conducting tests on a regular base, and we are demanding a health certificate from every Koi Farm we are purchasing from. Please be assured that all of our Koi are healthy, and that buying from us is safe.

We are taking greatest possible care when shipping Koi, but being living creatures, it can happen that a Koi arrives dead at the customer's place. In this case, please take a picture of the Koi as it is without opening the plastic bag and send it to us by e-mail on the very day. We will either send you another Koi of comparable quality or give you a credit note you can use when making your next purchase. Please note that once you open the plastic bag, and / or after the arrival date, this guarantee will not apply. Thank you for your comprehension. |
